Philip Cheah

Philip Cheah is the Festival Director of the Singapore International Film Festival and the editor of BigO, Singapore’s independent pop culture publication. He is also Advisory Board Member and contributor to Cinemaya, Asia’s film critics quarterly and Board Member of NETPAC (Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema).

Anne Démy-Geroe

Anne Démy-Geroe is the inaugural Artistic Director of the Brisbane International Film Festival. She established a film collection and exhibition programme at the State Library of Queensland in 1988 and has been a Council Member of the National Film and Sound Archive. In 2003 she was awarded an Australian Centenary Medal for services to the film industry.

Kaarel Kuurmaa

Kaarel Kuurmaa is acquiring a Master’s degree in Religious Anthropology. Over the past couple of years he has organised various cultural and film events, and is coordinating the documentary film programme in KUMU - the Art Museum of Estonia.
